What is the condition of this product?

For our appliance spare parts, we sell new products. On each product page you can see the condition of each product in the "Product Overview" section.


For some of our TV stock, we sourced these parts from appliances where one item has failed but all other parts are known to be good, or the appliance has suffered a physical failure leaving behind good working parts. Some of these parts were sourced from appliances where the damage occurred in transit to the retailer. As they are not originally boxed as a spare part but have been fitted into an appliance, it is illegal for us to state that they are new, these are marked as either "used" or "as new".

Product condition is made clear on the product page and will either show as being:
- New
- As New
- Reclaimed/Refurbished/Used
- Repaired
- Sold as Seen
